We gladly accept returns and exchanges
When upcycling an existing product we value the product based on its reformation rather than the initial product itself. If you find any problems with your purchase or the service we have offered please let us know.
Any initial problems with a purchase within the first 30 days we will issue a full refund. After this date you can still let us know if you have any problems. Has the product not lasted as long as you thought it should? Has it reached the end of its life and you’re not sure what to do with it?
Our take back scheme allows you to send used and worn items back to us, which we will repurpose and find a new use for. We offer a percentage off your next purchase when doing this and if we re-sell the item will offer you a percentage of the sale.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for general return postage costs, however this will be refunded if the reason for the return is because of a fault with the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Very specific custom and personalised orders may not be eligible for a full refund unless faulty but this decision is made on each individual item. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch either way as we want to make sure anything you buy from us you are happy with and will use.
